Request for External Audit Services
Starehe Girls’ Centre is established as a Trust Organization under Trustees (Perpetual Succession) Act, Cap 164 of the Laws of Kenya, and Registered with the Ministry of Education under Basic Education Act, 2013, Laws of Kenya, as Charitable Public Girls’ Boarding Institution, to provide education to economically disadvantaged Girls throughout the Country. The governance of the Centre vests with the Trustees of Starehe Girls’ Centre under the provisions of Trust Deed and Rules and in accordance with the provisions of Education Act, 2013 and the Rules, Regulations and Circulars made thereunder and any other relevant and enabling Statute.
